About Us!
This is Alim and my super talented business partner the Great Azlan.
We are a fun and friendly father and son duo who have a huge passion for hospitality.
Apart from our venture in hospitality, we enjoy activities like snooker, pool, dancing, landscaping, treking and sports. Oh, and we could even write an extensive guide on all the street food in and around Panjim.
But let’s focus on the Rooms and Stays.
This picture is outside of our very first room located in our family property, Villa Khatun Guesthouse in Panjim. This is where we first started hosting back in 2014. It is my late grandmother’s property which we remodeled with love into what it is now. To honour her and her memory, we named the guesthouse after her: Villa Khatun Guesthouse. We live adjacent on the same property up to this date, when we are not exploring our other guesthouses.
It’s been a slow and steady journey of hosting guests and growing our venture. Now we manage rooms in several locations within Panjim, Fontainhas, as well as in Old Goa, Varca in South Goa, Anjuna/Assagao and in Ashwem/Mandrem in North Goa.
Our places are simple, comfortable, safe and convenient with basic amenities and in a pocket friendly range where you are welcomed by our friendly staff and your wonderful hosts. That’s me and Azlan.
